Each contains only its choice, version, and expiry, lasts up to 180 days, and is not sent as an advertising identifier. Optional forms and analytics are blocked without permission. Loading a form once does not save permission for future forms or enable analytics.
Optional HighLevel analytics
After analytics permission, the website loads https://link.integrate.ky/js/external-tracking.js on approved public information pages. The current script stores lc_session_tk_7626ce01a4bb479ab80a00bdc53c9979 as a one-day cookie at the site root, using sessionStorage if the cookie cannot be stored. It sends visit and time-on-page events to backend.leadconnectorhq.com. Analytics may include page URLs, approved campaign parameters, referring pages, browser and device information, session identifiers, timestamps, and technical connection information.
The tracker is not loaded on enquiry, account, booking, privacy, design-preview, or private portal pages. Form submissions and email drafts on those pages are not captured by this tracker. HighLevel embeds and external stores have their own reporting and privacy settings. No advertising pixels or session-replay tools are configured by this website.
Forms and other external services
A connected HighLevel form or calendar can have separate storage and technical-data collection after you allow it to load. Review the displayed provider before continuing. A link opened in a new tab follows that external provider's practices.
Revoking form permission stops embedded forms from loading. Revoking analytics removes the known first-party tracking session and can reload tracked pages to stop the script. These actions do not delete another provider's cookies or information already received, or undo an email you sent. Manage provider storage through your browser and contact Ventana for records requests.
Controls
Privacy choices provides separate controls for external forms and analytics, and can remove the saved preferences. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track block this optional analytics integration. Browser settings can also clear or block cookies and site storage. Clearing preferences restores the default blocked state. New integrations require a fresh review of this inventory and their consent settings.
